Joining the Beta Program

• Active Subscription:

  • To be eligible for the beta program of a particular product, you must have an active subscription for that product.

• Account Status:

  • Your account must not have any restrictions, suspensions, or bans that would prevent you from participating in the beta program.

• User Profile:

  • Your user profile within our system should be in good standing with no active warnings or restrictions.

• Discord Server Status:

  • You should not have any restrictions, suspensions, or bans in our Discord server.

Responsibilities of Beta Testers

As a beta tester, you have certain responsibilities:

• Active Testing: Actively use the beta version of the product and explore its features.

• Feedback Submission: Report any issues, bugs, or anomalies encountered while using the beta version. Provide detailed and constructive feedback to help us improve.

• Private Beta Channel: Beta testers will have access to a private channel in our Discord server dedicated to beta testing. All feedback and discussions related to the beta version should be channeled through this private channel.

Beta Version Access

Access to the beta version of the software is available through the following methods:

• Website (In the Future): In the future, users will be able to download the beta version directly from our website.

• Private Discord Channel: Currently, the beta version can be accessed through a private Discord channel on our support server. Detailed instructions for downloading and installing the beta version will be provided in the channel.

Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure

To maintain the integrity of the beta testing process, confidentiality and non-disclosure are important:

• Sharing Information: Sharing any information, screenshots, or discussions related to the beta or upcoming features outside of the private beta channel is strictly prohibited. This includes sharing such information on non-beta or public channels.

• Executable Sharing: Sharing any of the beta executables or installers with non-beta users or the public is forbidden.
