Joining the beta program
To join the beta program for a product, you must meet all of these requirements:
Active subscription for the specific product you want to test.
Account status with no restrictions, suspensions, or bans.
User profile in good standing, with no active warnings or restrictions.
Discord status with no restrictions, suspensions, or bans in our server.
Responsibilities of beta testers
Active testing — use the beta version and explore its features.
Feedback submission — report any issues, bugs, or anomalies with detailed, constructive feedback.
Private beta channel — keep all beta feedback and discussion in the dedicated private channel on our Discord server.
Accessing the beta version
You can access the beta version in these ways:
Private Discord channel — currently, the beta is distributed through a private channel on our support server, with download and install instructions provided there.
Website (in the future) — eventually you'll be able to download the beta directly from our website.
Confidentiality and non-disclosure
To protect the integrity of the beta testing process:
Sharing beta information, screenshots, or discussions outside the private beta channel is strictly prohibited — including on public or non-beta channels. Sharing beta executables or installers with non-beta users or the public is forbidden.
