Support Scope

What Akira support covers, how to reach us, our response-time goal, and the things support can't help with.

This page sets expectations for what our support team helps with, how fast we aim to reply, and where the line is. For day-to-day questions, the Support FAQ has the quick answers.

How to reach us

To get help fast, tell us your Akira userID, which product you're using, your Minecraft version and launcher, and a clear description of the problem.

Response time

We aim to respond within 4–7 hours on average. That's a goal we work toward on business days, not a contractual guarantee β€” actual times shift with ticket volume and how complex your issue is. Clear, detailed reports get resolved faster.

What support covers

  • Installing, starting, and updating Akira.

  • Activating subscriptions and license keys.

  • Using features and understanding what they do.

  • Antivirus false flags and whitelisting.

  • Account, billing, and licensing questions.

What support doesn't cover

Some things sit outside what we can help with:

  • Server or game bans. Punishments handed out by Minecraft servers or their anti-cheats aren't something we can review or reverse.

  • Custom Windows builds. Akira isn't developed for modified Windows (Atlas, ReviOS, Ghost Spectre, and similar), so we can't troubleshoot issues that only appear there.

  • Unsupported launchers and third-party configs. Launchers outside our compatibility list and user-made configurations aren't supported.

Akira Clicker is free, so one-on-one support for it is limited. These guides and our community are your best resources for Clicker. Paid products get full support.
