Reseller Terms and Responsibilities
As a reseller of our products, it is essential to adhere to the following terms and responsibilities:
No Buyback Policy: We do not engage in buyback agreements with resellers. Resellers are responsible for managing their inventory and sales independently.
Customer Dealings: Resellers are solely responsible for handling all interactions with their customers, including payments, refunds, and customer support. Any payment or refund initiated by a reseller's customer is the reseller's responsibility.
Key Responsibility: Once resellers receive subscription keys, we relinquish any responsibility for them. Resellers must securely manage and distribute keys to their customers.
Prohibited Activities: Resellers are strictly prohibited from engaging in any illegal activities, scamming customers, or any other behaviour that violates ethical standards. Additionally, spamming, flooding, making derogatory comments about other brands, and lying about our product and its features are strictly prohibited.
Refund of Payments: Attempting to refund the money paid to us for subscription keys without valid reasons will result in the removal of reseller status, and all keys purchased by the reseller will be revoked.
Compliance with Laws and Regulations: Resellers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their respective regions and markets.
Pricing Guidelines: The maximum allowed pricing for our products is the base price of the product plus 20%.
Termination Clause: This agreement may be terminated by either party for any breach of terms, failure to meet specified standards, or violation of the outlined policies.
