# Acceptable Use Policy

## Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any conduct that violates these Terms of Use or any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to, the following:

* Using our service(s) for any illegal, harmful, or malicious purpose.
* Attempting to circumvent any security measures put in place by Akira Software.
* Interfering with the operation or performance of our service(s).
* Scraping or collecting any content from our Websites or Software(s) without our express written permission.
* Using our service(s) to transmit spam, chain letters, or other unsolicited communications.

## Special License Restrictions for Non-Human Visitors

The Website imposes special license restrictions on Non-Human Visitors accessing its content. Non-Human Visitors include, but are not limited to, web spiders, bots, indexers, robots, crawlers, harvesters, or any other computer programs designed to access, read, compile or gather content from the Website automatically.

By accessing the Website as a Non-Human Visitor, you agree to abide by these special restrictions. These restrictions include, but are not limited to, the following:

* Non-Human Visitors are prohibited from disrupting or interfering with the Website's performance, operations, or security.

## Prohibited Actions

To ensure the proper use of our service(s), you must comply with the following additional restrictions. Failure to comply may result in the immediate termination of your account and access to any or all parts of our service(s):

* ❌ Engaging in any activity that may cause harm or disruption to our service(s) or other users, including but not limited to: spreading malware, attempting to overload our servers, or engaging in any activity that may compromise the security or integrity of our service(s).
* ❌ Sharing your account credentials or personal information with any third party or using the account credentials or personal information of any other user of our service(s).
* ❌ Sending or sharing anything downloaded from our sites, including but not limited to files, media, or content, with any third party without explicit permission from us.
* ❌ Disparaging, tarnishing, or otherwise harming, in our opinion, us and/or the Site.
* ❌ Making improper use of our support services or submitting false reports of abuse or misconduct.
* ❌ Deciphering, decompiling, disassembling, or reverse engineering any of the software comprising or in any way making up a part of the Site.
* ❌ Harassing, annoying, intimidating, or threatening any of our staff or agents engaged in providing any portion of the Services to you.
* ❌ Assisting in anti-cheat or screen share development.
