The full list of grounds is in the Terms of Service. The most common reasons are:
Creating multiple accounts to abuse our services or get around our policies.
Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or our staff.
Sharing your account, credentials, or anything downloaded from our sites with third parties.
Reverse engineering, decompiling, or tampering with our software.
Assisting in anti-cheat or screen-share development.
Opening a dispute or chargeback on an active subscription (see the Refund Policy).
For the complete and authoritative wording, including the conduct rules, read the Terms of Service and the Acceptable Use Policy.
We may suspend an account temporarily while we investigate, or terminate it permanently for a confirmed violation. Serious violations β and repeat offenses β lead to permanent termination.
Termination can include deletion of content and data tied to the account.
Subscriptions and beta access tied to a terminated account are lost and aren't restored.
Data handling on termination follows our Privacy Policy, including the retention rules for information we're required to keep.
Banned accounts can't be deactivated or removed on request, and their subscriptions can't be restored. Termination of your account is not grounds for a refund.
If you believe you were banned by mistake or unfairly, you can appeal. There's no fixed deadline β you can submit an appeal at any time β but appealing sooner, with clear information, gives us the best chance to help.
Open a ticket in our Discord server and tell us you're appealing a ban.
We can't guarantee a ban will be lifted, but we review every appeal and will do our best to help. Full appeal details are in the Account Suspension FAQ.
