If you are in possession of any programs or materials related to Akira, you are required to delete or destroy them immediately. Failure to comply may result in legal action. ❌ - Creating multiple accounts with the intention of abusing our service(s) or circumventing any of our policies. ❌ - Harassing, threatening, or engaging in any abusive behaviour towards other users of our service(s). ❌ - Using our service(s) to engage in illegal activities or to promote or facilitate such activities. ❌ - Engaging in any activity that may cause harm or disruption to our service(s) or other users, including but not limited to: spreading malware, attempting to overload our servers, or engaging in any activity that may compromise the security or integrity of our service(s). ❌ - Sharing your account credentials or personal information with any third party or using the account credentials or personal information of any other user of our service(s). ❌ - Sending or sharing anything downloaded from our sites, including but not limited to files, media, or content, with any third party without explicit permission from us. ❌ - Disparaging, tarnishing, or otherwise harming, in our opinion, us and/or the Site. ❌ - Making improper use of our support services or submitting false reports of abuse or misconduct. ❌ - Deciphering, decompiling, disassembling, or reverse engineering any of the software comprising or in any way making up a part of the Site. ❌ - Harassing, annoying, intimidating, or threatening any of our staff or agents engaged in providing any portion of the Services to you. ❌ - Assisting in anti-cheat or screen share development.

We reserve the right to investigate any suspected violation of these restrictions and to take appropriate action, including but not limited to account suspension or termination, and reporting any illegal activity to the appropriate authorities. We may also cooperate with law enforcement agencies in investigating any suspected illegal activity related to your use of our service(s).

We also reserve the right to limit, suspend, or terminate your account if we suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed by unauthorized individuals, or if we detect fraudulent or suspicious activity related to your account.

In addition, we may terminate your account if you violate any applicable laws, rules, or regulations, or if you engage in any conduct that is harmful to our users, employees, or the overall community.

Termination of your account may result in the deletion of any content or data associated with your account, and we will not be liable to you or any third party for any such termination or deletion.

Refund Policy

In the event that a user opens a dispute or attempts to refund an active subscription, the user's subscription will be terminated automatically, and access to the subscription service will be revoked immediately.

This termination is irreversible, and the user will not be eligible to regain access to the subscription service, even if the dispute or refund request is unsuccessful. By continuing to use our services, you agree to these terms.

Examples of what we would not consider a valid reasoning would be:
